Stepping inside, the rich, intoxicating aroma of fair-trade Belgian couverture create an immediate sense of wonder. The boutique is famous for its commitment to fresh, natural ingredients; you won’t find any artificial preservatives here. Instead, ganaches are infused with fresh mint, basil, lime, or locally roasted coffee.

The chocolate laboratory at the back allows visitors to watch the artisans at work through a viewing window.
