Housed within Kyah boutique hotel at Blackheath, Blaq is a destination in its own right, offering a slice of high-design sophistication, and a playful 70s-glam aesthetic. It’s vibrant, polished, and effortlessly chic.

The menu is strictly local and seasonal, with a menu of globally inspired flavours. Nearly everything on your plate is sourced from within an 80km radius, blending bold, Mexican-inspired techniques with mountain produce.

The drinks list follows the same local-first philosophy, with cocktails showing off artisanal spirits and plenty of creativity, and the wine-list is made up of 100% NSW wines. Blaq is the ultimate destination for a long, curated dinner.
